The standout of the class, without question, is quarterback LaNorris Sellers. Initially ranked as a high three-star or low four-star prospect, Sellers has exceeded all expectations and is now considered one of the top quarterbacks in the country. There are others like nickel Jalon Kilgore who are legit stars. Plus, there is the exciting potential of wide receiver Nyck Harbor, who was the first out-of-state composite five-star prospect to sign with South Carolina during the modern recruiting era.
Carolina finished No. 16 nationally for the 2023 cycle (high school and JUCO), No. 18 when transfer portal prospects were included.
