South Carolina has plenty of raw talent on its roster for the 2026 season as the Gamecocks under Shane Beamer have won recruiting battles against multiple blue bloods for players at a higher clip than at any point in program history and there is plenty of potential from a baseline perspective. For South Carolina to turn things around next season, though, there are several things that must happen from an individual player perspective and then there has to be a certain percentage of the top players on the roster to be as good as they can possibly be for the good things that could happen to the team to happen to the team.
