The end of May is a crazy time to keep up with all the post seasons rolling around the state. Smitty and Rob get us up to speed on the baseball and track action, and have a visit with Lexington High girls soccer coaching legend Chris Fryland.
Smitty and Rob kick things off taking a look at the results of the first round of the South Carolina High School Baseball Playoffs. Scott Freeman, Southside Christian head baseball coach, is in to talk his hot LHP Carson Bolemon and expectations for his team in their playoff run. Head football coach at Daniel High, Chris Scott, joins coming off of his solid first season at the helm of DW Daniel football, and gives us some insight into how he is building for the future.
Smitty and Rob kick things off with a major announcement regarding the creation of the Four Quarter Friday website and partnership with On3/Rivals. They welcome in Austin Alexander of Diamond Prospects fresh off of catching LHP Carson Boleman’s (Southside Christian, Wake Forest) no-hitter against River Bluff on Thursday. The Spring Tour officially kicks off as they discuss plans to attend many of the spring football camps around the State, and they welcome Jack Jolly, Dorman Baseball Coach, for some insight into top ranked program.
